Your first massage visit can bring practical questions. Here is what to expect with Maggie, from choosing a session to deciding what feels comfortable.
First-visit massage questions
How much is a massage?
Massage in Morro Bay with Maggie is $65 for 30 minutes, $125 for 60 minutes, and $175 for 90 minutes. Craniosacral therapy is available for 30 or 60 minutes. Active Isolated Stretching is available for 60 minutes at $125 or 90 minutes at $175.
What is a full body massage?
Usually your back, legs, arms, and hands, and sometimes your chest and head. There is no fixed routine. The areas Maggie works on depend on your needs, the time available, and the treatment you choose.
What do I wear?
Undress to your comfort level. Many people fully undress, and some leave underwear on. Tell Maggie what feels comfortable. You stay appropriately draped with sheets or towels throughout the massage.
Anything I should do before I come in?
Cover any open skin, cuts, or warts with a bandage and let Maggie know. Come makeup-free, and remove jewelry before your session.
Which treatment should I choose?
Sports and deep tissue massage focuses on muscle tension; assisted stretching focuses on mobility; craniosacral therapy uses light touch. Call Maggie at 805-772-5668 to discuss your goals if you are not sure which session to book.
Where is the office?
